Schools, colleges & campuses · Philippines
A parent judges your school twice:
in the enrolment queue, and at 7:12 AM.
AlliedTech supplies the enrolment and grading system, the gate that recognises every learner, the campus network and cameras, the canteen counter, the classroom cooling and the standby power — designed, installed and supported by one company. 25+ years of engineering, 100+ projects delivered.
Every school knows its re-enrolment rate. Almost none can say what actually moves it. It is not the curriculum — parents rarely read it. It is two mornings. The morning in May when they queue to enrol, and every morning after, when they wonder whether their child got in safely and nobody tells them.
Both of those are operations, not education. Both are won or lost by systems your registrar and your guard are running by hand right now. Keep scrolling: the board on the next screen is every one of them, and the gate is the row most schools underestimate.
The problem
Four places a school year leaks,
and all of them are manual.
Each one costs your staff hours they do not have — and costs parents a little of the confidence that keeps them enrolling next year.
Your registrar retypes what the parent already typed
Forms filled by hand, queued at a window, then re-encoded into a spreadsheet. The same data, entered twice, in the busiest fortnight of your year.
Every section computes a little differently
The order says one thing, each teacher's spreadsheet says another, and the argument lands on your academic coordinator the week report cards are due.
You find out at dismissal
Attendance is written up after the fact, so a learner who never arrived is discovered hours later — and the parent finds out from you, far too late to be reassuring.
Dead zones, hot rooms, and a grid that drops
WiFi that works near the office and nowhere else. Classrooms nobody wants the afternoon section in. And a brownout during the exam period that stops everything at once.
No parent ever praised a school for its database. They praise it for a morning that went smoothly — which, from the outside, is the same thing.
The solution · everything we can put on a campus
The board, gate to report card.
Not a bundle you have to take whole. Take the row that hurts this school year and the rest when the budget allows — but take it from one supplier who has to answer for the seam. Every tile is a system we design, install, commission and support ourselves.
Face Check-in at the Gate
Every learner photo-logged on arrival, so the log is created at the gate instead of written up afterwards.
Open → 102Parent Safety Alerts
Parents know their child arrived — instantly — instead of guessing until dismissal.
Open → 103Smart Classroom Doors
Classroom and office doors that open only for the right people, by face or by a tap of the school ID.
Open → 104Tap-Card Student IDs
Encoded photo IDs and readers as the everyday backup to face entry — issued and re-issued by your registrar.
Open → 105Visitor Management
Every guest logged in and out at the gate, with a record you can actually produce afterwards.
Open → 106Security Assist
On-premise AI monitoring, 24/7 remote watch, panic and lockdown, licensed guards and cyber cover.
Open → 107CCTV & Surveillance
HD coverage across corridors, grounds, gates and perimeter, with remote viewing and motion alerts.
Open → 201Online Enrolment
Parents enrol and re-enrol from a phone, requirements uploaded once, and your registrar approves instead of re-typing.
Open → 202DepEd-Aligned Grading
Grading rules follow DO 8 s.2015 and MATATAG by configuration — every teacher computes the same way, every time.
Open → 203LIS-Format Export
Learner records exported in LIS format, so submission is a download instead of a week of encoding.
Open → 204ESC / Voucher Billing
ESC and voucher learners billed and tracked properly, with balances that reconcile against what is actually remitted.
Open → 205BIR-Aware Cashiering
Tuition and fees collected with receipts and reports your accountant and the BIR will accept.
Open → 206Online Exams & LMS
Lessons and timed exams that grade themselves, with scheduling and calendar alongside.
Open → 207Offline Encoding
Encoding continues when the internet drops — then syncs cleanly the moment it comes back.
Open → 208Custom Software
The thing your campus does that nobody sells off the shelf — built and supported by our engineers.
Open → 301Campus WiFi & Cabling
Site-surveyed access-point placement and structured cabling — coverage in every classroom, not just near the office.
Open → 302Canteen Ordering
Pre-ordering and cashless paying from the campus WiFi portal or a campus screen. Built per campus.
Open → 303Canteen & Bookstore POS
Counter terminals, receipt printers and barcode scanning for the canteen, bookstore and uniform shop.
Open → 304Classroom Cooling
Classroom, gym and auditorium cooling designed and installed by a PCAB-licensed mechanical contractor.
Open → 305Standby Power & UPS
Generators and UPS so enrolment day, the exam period and the gate do not stop with the grid.
Open → 306Solar Power
Commercial solar sized to your real load — a campus roof is usually the cheapest one you own.
Open → 307Dormitory Screens
In-room screens for dorms and boarding houses, with your own campus channel in the loop.
Open → 308Admissions AI Assistant
Enquiry and admissions chat that answers at 9 PM, when parents actually get around to asking.
Open → 309Capex Financing
Structuring for a building, a bus or an equipment package with partner banks. We facilitate — we are not a lender.
Open → 310Property & Group Cover
Property, business and group insurance matched through our insurance partners.
Open →Four rows, up close
What changes on campus.
Enrolment stops being a fortnight of retyping
Parents enrol and re-enrol from a phone and upload requirements once. Your registrar approves instead of re-encoding. Grading follows DO 8 s.2015 and MATATAG by configuration, so every section computes the same way — and submission becomes a download in LIS format.
- Online enrolment and re-enrolment, requirements uploaded once
- Config-driven grading, identical in every section
- ESC and voucher billing that reconciles against what is actually remitted
- BIR-aware cashiering, and encoding that keeps working when the internet drops

The gate writes the log, not the guard
Every learner is recognised on arrival — by face, or by a tap of the school ID as the everyday backup — and the parent gets the message before homeroom. The recognition runs on servers inside your campus, never in the cloud, and enrolment into it is consent-based, with English and Filipino forms and a Data Privacy pack you can defend.
- Face-recognition entry lanes at the gates, with tap-card backup everywhere
- Attendance created at the moment of arrival, not written up afterwards
- Parent alerts the moment a child is inside
- Classroom and office doors that open only for the right people
- Visitor logging at the gate, with a record you can produce later

The canteen queue, moved off the queue
We put ordering on surfaces the campus already owns: the WiFi captive portal learners and staff meet when they join your network, and campus screens. Orders are placed and paid before break, and the counter prepares against a list instead of a crowd.
- Pre-order and pay from a phone on the campus portal — no cash at the window
- Orders land at the canteen counter on the POS you already reconcile
- Parents can load a learner's balance, and set what it may be spent on
- Same portal carries announcements, the bell schedule and advisories
- Works for the bookstore and uniform shop on the same counter
Assembled per campus from the network, portal and POS we install — scoped on survey, like everything else here.

Security Assist
Cameras record. Security Assist is what happens next. Five layers, taken together or one at a time — the principal gets one console, the guard one screen, the teacher one button, and the parent one message.
- On-premise AI monitoring — recognition and motion analysis on your own servers, kept inside the campus. Consent-based enrolment with the Data Privacy pack
- 24/7 remote watch — our team monitors the feed off-site and escalates to your duty officer
- Panic, duress & lockdown — assist buttons in classrooms, instant alerts, and one-tap lockdown through the door access
- Licensed guards — manned posts coordinated through our partner agency, working to the same console as the technology
- Cybersecurity & Data Privacy — network hardening, backups, and the documentation your data protection officer needs

From the schools we work with
The fortnight that stopped being a fortnight.
“Parents enrolled from home and I approved instead of re-typing.”
“Grading finally computes the same way in every section.”
“Parents get the alert that their child is inside.”
“Full WiFi in every classroom after years of dead zones. The site survey found problems two previous contractors never looked for.”
Voices of the schools we work with — representative of typical experiences, carried over from our product pages. We also delivered the VRF cooling system at the MAPUA Gymnasium, Intramuros.
Company profile

be signing with.
AlliedTech Solutions is a Philippines-based technology and engineering company. For 25+ years we have combined engineering discipline with business strategy — building software, installing the systems it runs on, and staying on the hook for both. A campus needs all of it at once, from the registrar's screen to the roof, and would rather call one number.

The full campus capability profile — every system on the board, how we engage, and who to call. Shareable with your board of trustees or your PTA.
Why we only take 3 campuses a month.
Because gate and cabling work has to finish before learners arrive, and enrolment cannot be migrated in the fortnight it is running. Our own engineers survey, install and commission, then train your staff on the live system. That is a real constraint, not a sales device: there is no countdown on this page and the number does not reset when you reload it. When October 2026 is taken, the next conversation is about the month after.
Campus walkthrough
Walk the campus with us. Bring last enrolment.
Forty-five minutes, on site or on a call. Bring last enrolment season's bottleneck and your gate's current arrangement, and we will go through:
- Which row of the board is costing your staff most right now
- What the gate would actually look like, lane by lane, on your campus
- What we would install first, what integrates with what you keep, and what waits
- A plan staged around your school calendar — then a quotation
