Hotels, resorts, inns & condotels · Philippines

A guest judges one hotel.
You're paying nine suppliers to build it.

AlliedTech supplies the front desk, the locks, the network, the TVs, the cameras, the cooling and the power — designed, installed, commissioned and supported by one company that answers for all of it. 25+ years of engineering, 100+ projects delivered.

Every system in your property was sold to you by someone who only had to make their own box work. The lock vendor was never asked whether the lock talks to the front desk. The PMS vendor was never asked why the restaurant tab misses the folio. The aircon contractor was never asked why the corner rooms get complaints in April.

The seams between them were sold to nobody — and that is where the margin actually goes. It never appears on a single invoice, which is exactly why it survives every budget review you have ever done. Keep scrolling: the board on the next screen is the one your front desk wishes it had.

The problem

Four leaks, and not one of them
is anybody's job.

Every one of these is a seam between two suppliers who each did their part correctly.

Front desk

Two guests, one room

A booking taken over the phone never made it to the board. Now someone is standing at your counter at 11 PM holding a confirmation you cannot honour — and the refund is the cheap part. The review is the expensive part.

Housekeeping

The floor runs on shouting

Front desk does not know which rooms are actually clean, so a guest waits in the lobby while somebody walks upstairs to look. Early arrivals you could have sold sit vacant and ready, invisible to the only person who could sell them.

The folio

Charges that never arrive

Extra bed, laundry, the restaurant tab, the late checkout — half of it is on a scratch pad and some of it never reaches the bill at all. Your end-of-shift is short again, and nobody can say exactly where.

The building

The room that's warm at 2 AM

Coils nobody scheduled a cleaning for work harder every month to deliver less cold air. You pay for that twice: once on the electricity bill that creeps up without explanation, and again in the one-star review that mentions the room temperature by number.

A guest never files four complaints. They file one, about the hotel.

The solution · everything we can put in a property

The rack, for the whole hotel.

Not a bundle you have to take whole. Take the row you need now and the rest when it is due — but take it from one supplier who has to answer for the seam. Every tile below is a system we design, install, commission and support ourselves.

The board finally tells the truth

One live room chart across walk-ins, phone bookings and online agents — so the room you sell is a room you actually have. Housekeeping marks a room from the floor and it is sellable at the desk the same second.

  • Reservations, availability and group bookings on one chart
  • Check-in and check-out in seconds, with shift handovers that balance
  • Guest folio that catches the restaurant tab, the extra bed and the late checkout
  • Occupancy, average room rate and revenue — per property or across the group

The key expires when the guest leaves

AlliedAccess replaces the key you have to chase, re-cut and re-issue. Access is issued for a stay and ends with it — no rekeying a floor because one card went home in a pocket, and a record of every door, every time.

  • Keycards, PIN and phone access on guest-room and staff doors
  • Access that expires itself at checkout, issued from the front desk
  • Back-of-house, floor and lift control for staff-only areas
  • Pairs with in-room IPTV: 17,000+ channels and your own property channel

Cold rooms, and a bill that stops climbing

ClimateWorks designs, installs and maintains the cooling — split, ducted, VRF and chiller — as a PCAB-licensed mechanical contractor with 200+ HVAC and refrigeration projects, and puts the deep-cleaning on a schedule instead of on a complaint. The same team specifies the solar when the electricity line gets big enough to be worth attacking.

  • System design and installation sized to the property, not to a catalogue
  • Scheduled maintenance and deep-cleaning, so coils never quietly cost you a star
  • Laundry, kitchen and pump plant specified and serviced by the same engineers
  • Commercial solar sized to your real load, for the second-biggest line on the P&L

The night the power goes, nobody notices

The backbone under everything else: structured cabling, switching, servers, standby power and coverage that holds in the lift lobby and the far wing. Plus the cameras — lobby, corridors, back-of-house and perimeter, viewable from wherever you are.

  • Structured cabling, access points and controllers for guest and staff WiFi
  • Servers, switching and standby power sized for a property that cannot stop
  • IP cameras, NVR and remote viewing across the whole site
  • Paid-WiFi plans and vouchers where connectivity is something you sell

From the properties we work with

They stopped apologising at check-in.

“Brownout season used to mean chaos at the front desk. Now the UPS carries us through and guests never notice. Worth every peso.”
Resort owner Batangas
“We had two walk-ins and an online booking land within ten minutes. Nobody panicked, because the board was finally telling the truth.”
Owner, 24-room inn Tagaytay
“Housekeeping marks the room from the floor and it is sellable at the desk immediately. We stopped losing the early arrivals.”

3 Properties · October 2026

Why we only take 3 properties a month.

Because our own engineers do the survey, pull the cable, hang the locks and commission the system on site — and then train your staff on it. That is a real constraint, not a sales device: there is no countdown on this page and this number does not reset when you reload it. When October 2026 is taken, the next conversation is about the month after.

Property walkthrough

Walk your property with us. Bring the complaints.

Forty-five minutes, on site or on a call. Bring last month's complaint log and a busy weekend's bookings and we will go through:

  • Which row of the rack is costing you most right now
  • What we would install first, what integrates with what you keep, and what can wait
  • The live systems behind this page, running in real properties
  • A phased plan with sequence, commissioning and staff training — then a quotation
