Hospitals, clinics & dialysis centres · Philippines
A hospital has no closing time.
Every supplier you have does.
AlliedTech supplies the records and the queue, the ward screens, the doors, the cameras, the network and the power — and the cooling and filtration, as a PCAB-licensed mechanical contractor with 200+ HVAC and refrigeration projects. One company, accountable for all of it, 24/7.
Somewhere in your building there is a breaker with a handwritten tag on it, because one person knows what it feeds and nobody wrote it down. That tag is the whole problem in miniature: the systems a hospital cannot lose are the ones with the least clear owner.
And here is the part almost nobody prices properly. Your air-conditioning contractor was hired for comfort. But in a theatre, an isolation room or a dialysis bay, cooling and filtration are not comfort — they are infection control, and they are the first line item cut when a budget gets tight. Keep scrolling: we have already done the filter work in a medical centre, and we will show you which rooms it actually matters in.
The problem
Four failures, and every one of them
reaches a patient.
Each is a seam between two suppliers who each did their own part correctly.
The queue is the first thing you are judged on
No visible queue means everyone crowds the counter, the same question gets asked nine times, and your staff spend the morning managing anxiety instead of patients.
The ward runs out of what the storeroom has
Pharmacy and central supply count separately, so something expires unnoticed on one shelf while a ward is short of it on another. Nobody sees one inventory, because there isn't one.
The room that runs warm, and the filter nobody changed
Cooling that was specified for an office is asked to hold a clinical space. The complaint arrives as discomfort. The real cost arrives later, in an infection-control finding.
Brownout season reaches the server room
Power dips, and the records system, the cameras and the access control all come back in their own time — or don't. The clinical equipment has a plan. The systems around it often don't.
Nothing in a hospital is just the aircon, just the network, or just a camera. All of it is upstream of somebody's care.
The solution · everything we can put in a facility
The board, for the whole building.
Not a bundle you have to take whole. Take the row that is hurting now and the rest when it is due — but take it from one supplier who has to answer for the seam. Every tile is a system we design, install, commission and support ourselves.

The waiting room stops crowding the counter
Online booking and walk-in queueing with display screens, patient records and e-prescriptions on one system, and billing that supports HMO and PhilHealth workflows alongside the finance systems you already run.
- Appointments, walk-in queueing and queue display screens
- Patient records, e-prescriptions and follow-up SMS
- Pharmacy and central-supply inventory on one count
- Single clinic, department, or a multi-branch network

Ordering from the bed, on the screen already there
We put ordering on two surfaces a facility already owns: the ward screen and the WiFi captive portal a visitor sees when they join your network. Meals and service requests arrive at the right station with the ward and bed attached, instead of as a shout down a corridor.
- Meal ordering from the ward screen, routed to your kitchen with ward and bed
- Your dietary team still sets and approves what any patient may order — we carry the order, never the decision
- Service requests — linen, housekeeping, assistance — raised to the right station
- Visitors and ambulatory patients order from their own phone through the WiFi portal
- Canteen, pharmacy and gift-shop items posted to the same counter you already reconcile
Assembled per facility from the screens, network, portal and POS we install — scoped on survey, like everything else here.

Cooling that is treated as clinical equipment
ClimateWorks designs, installs and maintains the cooling — split, ducted, VRF and chiller — as a PCAB-licensed mechanical contractor with 200+ HVAC and refrigeration projects, and the same engineers do the filtration. We have already delivered ULPA filter work for a medical centre and cooling for dialysis centres.
- Design and installation sized to the room's actual job, not to a catalogue
- Air filtration and cleanroom work, up to ULPA
- Scheduled maintenance, so filters are a calendar item and not a complaint
- Cooling towers, pumps, compressed air, laundry and kitchen plant by the same team

Security Assist
Cameras record. Security Assist is what happens next. Five layers, taken together or one at a time — and the recognition intelligence runs on servers inside your building, never in the cloud.
- On-premise AI monitoring — recognition and motion analysis on your own hardware, for restricted areas and the perimeter. Enrolment is consent-based, with the Data Privacy pack to back it
- 24/7 remote watch — our team monitors the feed off-site and escalates to your duty officer
- Panic, duress & lockdown — assist buttons for staff, instant alerts, and one-tap lockdown through the access control
- Licensed guards — manned posts coordinated through our partner agency, working to the same console as the technology
- Cybersecurity & Data Privacy — network hardening, backup and recovery, and the documentation your compliance officer needs

Company profile
Who you would actually
be signing with.
AlliedTech Solutions is a Philippines-based technology and engineering company. For 25+ years we have combined engineering discipline with business strategy — building software, installing the systems it runs on, and staying on the hook for both. Healthcare suits us because a facility needs all of it at once, and would rather call one number at 3 AM.

The full healthcare capability profile — every system on the board, how we engage, and who to call. Shareable with your board or your medical director.
Why we only take 2 facilities a month.
Because a hospital cannot be switched off to be worked on. Every install is staged around live wards by our own engineers, commissioned on site and handed over with your staff trained on it. That is a real constraint, not a sales device: there is no countdown on this page and the number does not reset when you reload it. When October 2026 is taken, the next conversation is about the month after.
Facility walkthrough
Walk the building with us. Bring the incident log.
Forty-five minutes, on site or on a call, under NDA when you need one. Bring last quarter's incident and maintenance log and we will go through:
- Which row of the board is costing you most right now
- Which rooms are genuinely clinical spaces, and whether their cooling and filtration match
- What we would install first, what integrates with what you keep, and what can wait
- A staged plan that works around live wards — then a quotation
