Advisor Agreement — please read in full
ALLIEDTECH SOLUTIONS — FINANCIAL ADVISOR / SALES AGENT AGREEMENT (v1.0)
By creating an advisor account, you ("the Advisor") agree to the following with AlliedTech Solutions
("the Company"):
1. ROLE & NO COST OF ENTRY. There is no cost of entry to become an Advisor. The Company provides the
tools, systems, and platform for the Advisor to earn. The Advisor is an independent referral partner
facilitating products and services (financing, insurance, technology, industrial, solar, and related
offerings) on behalf of the Company and its partners. The Advisor is NOT an employee and is NOT a lender.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY / NON-DISCLOSURE (NDA). All information the Advisor accesses through the platform —
including client data, pricing, methods, pipelines, commission structures, software, and business
processes — is strictly CONFIDENTIAL. The Advisor will not disclose, share, or use such information
except to perform their role, during and after the term of this Agreement, indefinitely.
3. NON-COMPETE (5 YEARS). For the duration of engagement and for FIVE (5) YEARS after it ends, the
Advisor will not, directly or indirectly, build, operate, advise, or work for any business that
competes with the Company's platform, products, or services within the territories the Company serves.
4. NO COPYING / NO REVERSE ENGINEERING. The Advisor will NOT reinvent, copy, clone, reproduce, reverse
engineer, or derive any idea, system, method, design, workflow, software, or way of doing things used
by the Company. All such intellectual property belongs solely to the Company. Any attempt to do so is
a material breach and grounds for legal action.
5. CLIENT & DATA HANDLING. The Advisor will handle all client and personal data in compliance with the
Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and only for legitimate platform purposes.
6. TERMINATION & LEGAL ACTION. Any violation of this Agreement — including breach of confidentiality,
the non-compete, or the no-copying clause — will result in immediate termination of the Advisor's
account and forfeiture of pending benefits, and the Advisor will be subject to legal action and
liable for damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By checking "I have read and agree" and creating an account, the Advisor acknowledges reading,
understanding, and agreeing to be legally bound by this Agreement.
